Olga Morales is the director of the Labour Department of Quáter Abogados. She is an expert in employment law and provides general advice on all labour and social security matters to companies and individuals, including international clients.
She started her professional career in 2003 at the prestigious firm J&A GARRIGUES, being part of the Labour Law Department throughout 12 years. During this period in Garrigues she worked as Senior Associate, leading engagement teams and managing relevant litigation proceedings, as well as important transactions.
In September 2015 she started a new professional project as a freelance lawyer, providing recurrent advice to companies and individuals.
Olga is known for her expertise in litigation proceedings before the labour and judicial review courts, actions before Employment Inspectorate and Employment Authorities, modification of working conditions, collective disputes, etc. She has actively taken part in restructuring processes in private companies, as well as in the public sector.
Olga has also negotiated several collective bargaining agreements in different areas and internal agreements in companies, and she has broad experience in transactions such as mergers and acquisitions and due diligence.

She is lecturer in the Master’s Degree in Legal Business Practice, Fundación de Estudios Bursátiles, Valencia.
She has been lecturer on numerous courses and master’s degrees, such as the Master’s Degree in Law in Universidad CEU Cardenal Herrera (January, 2015) or the Master’s Degree in Construction Company Management (Instituto Valenciano de la Edificación).
She has spoken in various conferences and seminars dealing with law updates, collective dismissal processes, payment systems, senior management matters or posted workers.
Publications
She regularly publishes legal articles in press and in specialized magazines.
