Eduardo Muñoz is a lawyer belonging to the Valencia Bar Association.
After the Master´s Degree in Legal Business Practice (LL.M.) by the Instituto de Empresa (IE Law School), in September 2002, he started his professional career in the prestigious law firm or Uría Menéndez, in which he worked until October 2010.
His practice in Uría Menéndez was focused on Real Estate, Town Planning, Public and Administrative Law and Litigation, providing legal advice to national and international clients, companies, corporations and individuals.
He initially worked in the litigation and real estate areas in the offices of Madrid and Barcelona, where he actively participated in litigation proceedings and very important significant real estate purchase agreements.
He was part of the Real Estate, Town Planning and Environment Area Department of the Uría Menéndez office located in Valence until October 2010, where he actively took part in important planning developments (planning instruments, allotment projects, etc.) both in Valencia Region and in other Spanish regions. He likewise actively participated in several operation transactions regarding strategic real estate assets, such as commercial centres, hotels, complete real estate portfolios, etc. He also assumed the direction of relevant litigation process proceedings regarding town planning matters, compulsory purchase proceedings, mines and water concessions, among others matters.
In November 2010 he started a new professional project as a sole practitioner until the incorporation of Quáter Abogados. During this year, he increased his professional actions in practice to areas such as contracts, civil litigation and family law.
